Completed by Morris+Company in April 2022, it is the latest development from Derwent London and Morris+Company for Old Street, following the sister development opposite, White Collar Factory, which opened in 2017.

With its brick façade, exposed concrete ceilings and generous windows that echo the architecture of Victorian warehouses, The Featherstone Building has been built to last long into the future.

The Featherstone Building is extremely well connected to the rest of the City and beyond, which has improved with the arrival of the Elizabeth line.

Accessed via Moorgate station, just two minutes away on the Northern line or an eight minute walk, there’s quick access to Liverpool Street station, where the Elizabeth line dramatically reduces journey times across London.

From Liverpool Street, Tottenham Court Road is only four minutes away, Canary Wharf six minutes, Stratford eight minutes, and any Heathrow terminal just 41 minutes away.

Following the successful launch of DL/78 in Fitzrovia, we are excited to be creating our second multipurpose destination, DL/28, over ground and lower ground floors at The Featherstone Building. It will reflect our design-led approach, creating an inspiring and adaptable space.
